1-2-1 Cooking Support
The cooking support workshop has been designed to follow the nutritional consultation and aims to help with cooking and preparing nutritious foods, which are in line with your specific dietary guidelines.
Each workshop is tailored to your needs and provides practical cooking support with preparing suggested meals. The workshop also aims to help you to integrate any dietary suggestions in a more structured way.
Each cooking workshop runs for 2 hours at a time suited to you and will cover foods & drinks you require support with such as: snacks, drinks, breakfast, lunches, main meals and desserts.

Naturally Connecting to Health and Wellbeing
This course aims to connect you to a deeper understanding of health and wellbeing. You will discover the underlying reasons behind many health imbalances and will be given tools to assist you towards an improved state of wellbeing.
On this course you will find out about the benefits of natural whole foods and preparation techniques which are appropriate for this time of the year. You will also be given ideas and recipes for preparing nutritious foods for breakfast, lunch, main meals, desserts, drinks and snacks.
This course runs for one 2 hour session per week over a period of 10 weeks

Preparing and Cooking Natural Whole Foods
If you are interested in using natural whole foods to promote health and wellbeing then this course is for you. In each workshop, you will learn about the benefits of using fresh whole foods and how to prepare them using easy to follow recipes. You will also find out about how to prepare meals which are appropriate for this time of year.
This workshop runs for one 2 hour session per week over a period of 5 weeks

Summer Cooking Workshop (July 2011)
The Summer Cooking Workshop runs for one session per week over a period of 4 weeks.
Each week, you will learn how to cook and prepare nutritious foods for breakfast, lunch and dinner, as well as healthier snack alternatives. You will also find out about foods and preparation techniques which are appropriate for this time of the year.
This course is designed to practically involve people in meal preparation and encourage them to make these meals for themselves at home.
